It’s all about me
I have been a Buffalo Sabres fan since my parents took me to my first game when I was 2. Sure, there were years in there where we were “off again, on again”. But ever since Sister #2 took me to a game in March 1998, we have been hot and heavy (the Sabres and I). I am also a hockey mama, as both of my sons, Thing 1 and Thing 2, play hockey and are Sabres fans as well.
I came to running late in life, at the age of 36. This past year I ran the Buffalo Half-Marathon, and have contemplated training for a full-marathon. Right now it is only the thought of blackened toenails sullying my OPI feet that is keeping me from jumping in. But let’s be clear, that is a HUGE consideration.

First Danny, I am super flattered that you stopped by to read and comment, especially considering how you had a game tonight and it is your birthday! All that excitement must explain how you spelled your own last name wrong.

Oh, and OPI is salon nail polish brand with fun names like “Kinky in Helsinki”, “I’m Not Really a Waitress” and “Affair in Red Square”
